Arraaigements for tlie W. C. T. ü. Comvention, which will be held next Tuesday, Wedoesday, Tliursday and Friday iii the Presbyterlan church of this city, are about finished, and complete programmes will soon be distributed. Froan 250 to 300 delegates are expected. Fine talent in all depariments of W. C. T. U. work lias been secured, and all the meetings wiH be interest ing and instructiv'e. Kev. Hemrietta G. Moores' lecture on Tliursday evejiing, and John G. Woolley's on Friday evening, yill be especially fine.
