[official. i Office of the Boakd of Public Work, ) ANN Akbok, June tí, 1894. j Regular Session. Called to order by Pres. Keech. Boll called. Full board present. Minutes of previous meeting read and approved. A communication from S. Kosenthaler asking perrnission to remove a shade tree in front of hls premises, on East Huron street. Permission was granted'to remove said tree. Mr. Schuh moved that the bill of $111 for sinking, well of C. G. Orcutt be recommended to the Comnion Council, and asked the allowance of tlie same at $60.00. Adopted as í'ollows: Yeas- Messrs. Schuh, Keech and Clark. John Koch appeared before the Board and made a statement as to his jid made to the Board of Public Works May 16th, 1894, that he understood according to the specifications for the extensión of Culvert on Fountain street, that the entire creek bed was to be paved. Mr. Schuh moved that the sum of $10,000 be asked from the Finance Committee as the amount necessary to be aised by tax for the Street Fund for he fiscal year, and $5,000 for the Bridge, Culvert and Crossvvalk Fund. Adopted as follovvs: Yeas- Messrs. Schub, Keeeli, and Clark. On motion of Mr. Keech, the City Engineer was ordered to make a plat of he City Cemetery as requested by the Common Council. Mr. Keech moved that the Street Commissioner take sucli steps as may e necessary to put the walk on Fifth avenue, along Clay Green 's proprty, in a safe condition, under the advice of the City Attorney. Adopted as follows: Yeas - Messrs. Keech, Schuh and Clark. On motion the Board adjourned.
