Ou reading and flling the petition, duly verifled, of Williain P, Clark, prayiug that a certain Instrument now on file in this Court, purporting to be the last will and testament of Sttid deceased may be admltted to probate and that administration of said estáte be granted to himself, the executor in said will uamed or to some other suitable person.
