At a seasion of the Probate Court for tlie County of Washtenaw. holden ot the Probate Office in the City of Ann Arbor, on Wednesdav. the ttventy-secqud day of August, in the year ono thousand elght hundred and ninety-four. I'vesent, J. Willard liabbitt, Judge" of Probate. In the matter of the estáte of James G. Raymond. deceased. Morton L. Raymond, the administrator, witli the will annexed, of said estáte, comes luto court and representa that he is now prepaied torender his final account as such administrator. Therenpon it is ordered, that Tuesday, the 25th day of September next, at ten o'oloc'k in the forenoon, be assigned for examiniug and allovving such account, and that the devisees, Jegatees, and heirs at law of said deceased, and all other persons interested in said estáte, are required to appear at a session of said court, then to be holden at the Probate Office, in the City of Ann Arbor, in said County, and show cause, if any there be, why the said account should not be allowed. And it is further ordered, that said administrator give notice to the persons interested in said estáte, of the pendency of said account, and the hearing thereof by causing a copy of this order to be published in the Ann Arbor Courier, anewspaperprinted and circulating in said County, three successive weeks previous to said dav of hearing.
