The committee appointed to confer in reference to the tramp evil and report, hea-eby cali a meeting of the citizens of Ann Arbar to be held in the court house on Tuesday evening Sept. llth at 7:30. Addresses will be made by the Mayor, Judge Kinne, Prof. H. C. Adams and C. E. HiscocR. The report of the committee with a proposed plan of operation will be presented by Rev. .1. W. Cradsliaw.
