Le'ss than a Inindred persons were present, ;ind the larger portion were republicana. It was a, very liarmonious meeting. Too Imrmonious ior a democratie gatherimg to make it a successful vote catcher, for üncle Toto. The demócrata of Saline are not tuniing out in great jiumbers to attend political meetings like two years ago. F. G. Campbell and J. N. LcwiS were the speakers.
