Alexander Patterson, who had charge of the meeting preached an effective sermón to the men who composed the greater pari of the audiince. lic is a ruim and unseiisational speaker; depending upon the truth of his words tho effects lic desirès. Mrs Patterson and others will sing during the week. At tltree o'clock each al'ternoon bible readings will be given. These will be open to both ladies and gentlemen.
