This morning a search warrant was gatten out before Justice Pond, by Samuel H. Sraith, in favor of Miss Nina Johnson, a young lady stopping at Simith's house, against one Iida Fra.m-isco, Xo. S6 N. Main st. Oificer I'eterson served the warrant, i and found a great lot of goods of every description that evidently were oever bo-ugfht. Two dpeseee, a cloak and a table spread belonging to Miss Johnson were recovered, aleo several pieces of prints, velvets, velv;eteens, etc, lh;ii AValicr Mark iiUntiïied as goods t.liat had suddenly diisuppearod f rom Mack & Sctuncld'fi store. Tliere are OLUr knives, forks, spoons and otlier goods at the sheriff's office in the court house still unolaiimed. Tlie woinan accused of tak:aig these things and ín whose keeping they were found, was not taken to jaii[ this morning, but Offioer Peterson to'.d us would be an-ested this afternoon, and confined in the Bastile de Brenner for future trial.
