Jo. lias the county seat in its lap; Berrien has lost it, after having possessed it for many years. The removal was made Saturday, and no one mobbed. AVe can't lielp hut synipathize witb. tlie unfortunate Berrien Springs, though for convenience St. Jo is probably the best place for a majority of the people of Berrien county.
