A. 4 : Dartmoutli College, 0 ; Adelbert College, 24 ; Case Scientific School, 0 ; Oho State University, 20 ; Kenyon College, 4 ; Purdue, 28 ; Del'auw, 0 ; Unlversdty of Wisconsin, 30 ; Müwaukee A. 'A., 0 ; University of Virginia, 34, University of Xorth. Carolina ■ 0 ; Nebraska University, 36 ; Iowa, 0, Cornell and LehAg-h had a hard struggle on Thanksgöving Day. It resulted íui a technical victo ry for Cornell by the score of 10 to 0. The game emded, however in a dispute. A questionable touchdown was made by the .Cornell men and Lehigh said it was no score. 'Wlien the referee said that the score beloaged to nell, the Lehigh men left the field and I the game went to Cornell. On ïuesday evening a compllmentary dinner was tendered Dr. Donald McLeam, at the Russell House, Detroit, by -the pliys-lcians oí thát city and the state. The occasion was the dection of the Doctor as president of Uie American Jled cal Association. There were present froan this city, Dis. V. C. Yaug-han, I, C. "Wessinger, " C. B. Nancrede and C. Georg. The j Doctor formerly filled tlie ehair of surgery in the University. A largely attended meeting was lield I Saturday in the parlors of the Kussell I liouse Detroit, relative to the dedicatory concert of Dec. 14. President Angelí was present and spoke of the matter of the dedication and stated the fiuancial situatiim. Considerable interest was aroused among those present. John R. Russel was appointed c-hairman of a eominittee on transportaition. Charles Buncher was made chairman of a committee on the sale of tickets. He at once appointed the following gentlemen to serve with hiin: Jevi L. Barbour, James E. Scripps, K. II. Fyïe, E. S. Sherrill, Bryant -Walker, J. R. McLaughlin, E. ï. Tappey, Frederick K. Stearus, WïlliamH. Wells and E. W. Pendleton. A luncheon will be provided for the Detroit visitara, wlio will probably come down by special train and return late in the eveoiog.
