At a meeting h!d at Frieze Hall on Friday eveniinjr of last week, a committee ,was ordered appointed. to have general charge and supervisión of the arrangement, together with the sale of tickets for the Columbian Orgam Dedicatory concert, to be given December 14. That committee, of which President Ive'.sey of the University Musical Socict3' was madO chairman, consists of the foÜowing : Chairman- Prof. F. "W. Ke'.sey. Citizen- Ottmar Eboi-bach, Maj. "W. C. Stevens, Col. Heni-y 8. Ilean. ünii-versity- Profs. Albert A. Staney, J. C. RoUe and P. R. de Pont. Tliis committee met and appointed a soib-committee of peoplé representIng the Univeraity interests and the e-Jtizens, to lieip pusn the work. Tlie Uni-versity committee has not yet leen announced, but we understand that members of eacfl fraterncty and society in the University have been appointed, and their names will be publiifdied as soon as furnished us. Last evemitng the committee of citizens was requested to meet at tlie oominon counciJ room, in tlie court House, to decide upon some practical plan for canvassing the city, and secur&ng toe sale of as many tickets as possible. There was a goodly attendance. Fred. H. Belser was made ehairman and Jas. H. Wade secret ary. Affcer considerable discussion it was resolved to n-ppocnt a commlttee oi three from eacli ward, to liave in charge the canvassing, with power to to ,appoint sucli assistants as might be necessary to a thorough accompïaslimemt o! the work. Tliat oou1 readers may fami.iarize themselves with the plan adopted for the selling of tickets a-nd the reserv( ing of seats, we repirint the following in reference thereto, and which explains it all : Tickets are to be sold in series Series A are to be sold at $25 eacli, and those ivlio buy them can present their tickets at the Ann Arbor Organ Co's store on S. Main st., or Calkins drug store, on S. State st., where they can reserve thedir sittings on Monday forenoon, üec. 10, up to 12 o'clock DOOIl. Series B. are $25 for two tickets, to be reserved the same as series A. Series C. tliree tickets lor $25, to be reserved on Mo-nday afternoon, Dec. 10. iSeries D, four for $25, reserved the same as series C. Series E, $10 for one ticket, reserped the same as Series C. Series P, $5 for ene ticket, to be reservetl :Tuesday, Dec. 11. Series G, $5 for two tickets, reserved Wednesday, Dec. 12. Series H, $2 for one ticket, to be reserved Thursday and Friday, Dec. 13 and 14. A Jerusalem man had a barrel of eider in the ba.rn. lie was surprised to find that soime had taken the eider aod left tlie barrel. Very considérate Indeed. It was probably a case of local opton.
