Estáte op Adam D. Seyler. STATE OF MICHIGAN, Coimty of Washtenaw, ss. At a session of the Probate Court for the County of Washtenaw, holden at the Probate Office in the city of Ann Arbor, on Monday, the Sist day of December, in the year one thousand eight'hundred and ninety-four. Present J. Willard Babbitt, Judge of Probate. In the matter of the estáte of Adam D. Seyler deceased, Edward L. Seyler and Julius V. I Seyler, the administrators of said estáte, I come into court and represent that tliey are nou prepared to render their final account as snch administrators. Thereupou it is ordered, that Tuesday, the 5th day of February, uext, at ten o'cloek in the forenoon, be assigned for examining and allowing snch account, and that the heirsat law of said deceased, and ali other persons interested in said estáte, are reqnired ! to appear at a session of said court, then to be holden at the Probate Office, in the City of Ann Arbor, in said County, and show cause, if any there be, why the said account should not be allowed. And it is further ordered, that said administrator give notice to the persons interested in said estáte, of the pendency of said account, and the hearing thereof, by causing a copy of this order to be published in the Ann Arbor Courier, a newspaperprinted and circulating in said County, three successive weeks previous to said dav of hearing. G. Kiugsbury, complainant's solicitor, it is ordered that the said defendant, Lawrence Lumpkin, cause his appearauce to be entered herein, within flve (5) mouths from date of this order, and in case of his appearance that be cause his answer to eomplainant's bill of eomplaint to be filed, aud a copy thereof to be served on said eomplainant's solicitor within twenty (20) days after service on him of a copy of said bill, and notice of this order; and that in default thereof, said bill be taken as confessed by the said non-resident defendant.
