The undersigned having been appoiuted by the Probate Court for said County, Oommissioners to receive, examina and adjust all claims and demands of all persons against the estáte of Daniel Keerstead, late of said county deceased. hereby give notice that six months from date are allowed, by order of said Probate Court, for creditors to piesent their claims against the estáte of said deceased, nnd that they will meet at the office of W.K Childs iu tlie city of Ann Arbor, in said County on i the eleventh day of Mareh, and on the tenth day of June next, at ten o'clock, a. m, of each of said days. to receive, examine and adjust said claims. Wiues praying that a certain instrument heretofore in the possessiou of Levi D. Wines and now on file in this court, purporting to be the last will and testament of said deceased may be admitted to probate and that admiuistratiou of said estáte, may be granted to the executor in said will named or to some other suitable person.
