Present J. Willard Babbitt, Judge of Probate. In the matter of the estáte of Lucy W. S. Morgan, deceased, Lucy J). S. Parlier, executrix of the last will and testament of Franklln L. Parker, deceased, lately one of the executors of (he Ia3t will and' testament of said Lucy W. S. Morgan, deeeased, comes iuto court and representa that she is now prepared to reuder the final account of said Franklln L. Parker as such exe( utor. Thereupon it is ordered, that Tuesday, the oth day of March, next, at ten o'clock in the forenoon, be assigned for examining and allowing such account, and that the devisees, iegatees and heirs-at-law of said deceased, and allother persona interested in said estáte, are required to nppear at a session of said court, then to be holden at the Probate Office, in the City of Ann Arbor, in said County, and show cause, if any there be.why the said account should not be allowed. And it is further ordered. that said executrtx give notice to the persous interested in said estáte, of the pendency of said account, and the hearing thereof. by causing a copy of this order to be published in the Ann Arbor Courier, a newspapêrprinted and circulating in said County, two successive weeks previous to said day 'of hearing. Ou reading and flling the petition, duly verified, of Alfred Graber, prayiug that a certain instrument now on file 'in this court, purporting to be the last will and testament of said deceased, may be admitted to probate, and that administraron of said estáte may be granted to himself and Wirt Cornwell, the exeeutors in said will uamed, or to some other suitable person. Thereupon it is ordered. that Monday, the eleventh day of March next, at ten o'clocK in the forenoon. be assigned for the hearing of said petition. and that the devisees, legatees, and heirs-at-law of said deceased and all other persons interested in said estáte, are required to appêar at a session of said Court, then to be holden at the Probate Office in the city oí Ann Arbor. and show cause, if any there' be, why the prayer of the petitioner should not be granted. It satisfactorily appearing to this court by affidavit on bill, that the defendant, Lawrence Lampkin, is not a resident of this state, but resides in the state of Nebraska, on motion of A. G. Kingsbury, complainant's solicitor, it is ordered that the said defendant, Law rence Lampkin, cause his appearance to be entered herein, withiu five (5) mohths from date of this order, and in case of his appearance that he cau.86 bis answer to complainant's bill of complaint to be filed, and a copy thereof to be aerved on satd complainfiiit's solicitor within twenty (20) days after service on him of a copy of said bill, and notice of this order; and that in default thereof. said bill be taken as eonfessed by the said non-resident defendant.
