New Houses To Be Built

The Burke estáte will buikl twodwelling houses this spring on its land iying on 8. División street, between Jefferson and William streets. ïhey will be constructed at a cost of $2,700 each, aud will be two-story, frame houses, heated by furnace and ligbted by gas. Chas. A. Sauer is the architect and builder. Henry Botsford, of Chicago, will build a house thia spring just eaat of the city. Chas. A. Sauer is both architect and contractor. It will be a two story dweiling, built of field stone and wood and heated by furnace. Mrs. E. J. Butts, of 50 Washtenaw avenue will buil'd a residence on the lot of that number. It will be a three-story frame house estimated at a cost of $4,800. ItwiJl be thoroughly fltted with gas, electric lights, electric bells and furnished wilh all modern improveinents. Chas. A. Sauer is the architect. ' Gottlob Stark will build himself a residence on Beakes street at a cost of $2,000. It will be a two-story residence, heated by furnace and lighted by gas.
