At a session of the Probate Court for tlie County of Washtenaw, holdeu at the Probate Ofïïce iii the city of Ann Arbor, on Wednesday.tne 3d day of April, in the year oue thousand eight hundred and ninety-tive. Present J. Willard Babbitt, Judge óf Probate. in the matter of the estáte of John M. Letts, incompetent, George J. Crowell, the guardián of suid ward, comes into court and represents that he is now prepared to render his final account as such guardián. Thereupon it is ordered, that Friday, the 26th day of April, inst., at ten o'clock in I the íorenoon, be assigned for examining aud allowing such account, and that the next of kin of said wsrd. and all other persons interested in said estáte, are required to appear at a session of said eourt, then to be holden at the Probate Office, in the City of Ann Arbor, in said County, and show cause, if any there be, why the said account should not be allowed. And it is further ordered, that said guardián give notice to the persons interested in said estáte, of the pendency of said account, and the hearing thereof, by causing a copy of this order to be puhlished in the Ann Arbor Courier, anewspaperprinted and circulating in said County, two successive weeks previous to said day of hearing. Xotice is hereby given, that by an order of the Probate Court for the County of Washteïiiuv, made on the llth day of Maren A. D., 1895, six months from that date were allowed for creditors to present their claims against the estáte of Harvey Cornwell, late of said County, deceased. and that all creditors of said deceased are required to present their claims to said Probate Court, at the Probate Office in the city of Anu Arbor, for examination and allowance, on or before the llth day of September next, and that such claims will be heard before said Court, on the llth day of June and 011 the llth day of September next, at ten o'clockin the forenoon of each said davs. Dated, Ann Arbor, March llth, A.
