Yale defeated the University of Virginia on Saturday, 16 to 9. Secretary Wade left this morning for Freeland, Mich., to attend the funeral of his brother-in-law. The University of Illinois and Wabash College crossed bats 011 Saturday to the ■vvoe of Wabash 12 to 7. The 'varsity niiie plays both of these teams this week. Chicago university defeated Evanston high school Saturday 21 to 5. Clark, Chicago's star pitcher, was touched up l)y the high school boys for six hits, one of tliem a three bagger. The S. C. A. Bulletin for April is out. It contains an article entitled "Hebrew Prophecy and our own Age" which was read before the Young Men's Liberal Guild some time sinee. Besides this there is the the usual account of the Sunday afternoou meetings and a report of the visit of Sherwood Eddy and Secrelary Mott.
