Estáte op John M. Lëtts, Incompetent. STATE OF MICHIGAN, Couuty of Washtenaw. ss. At a session of the Probate Courtforthe Couuty of Washtenaw, holden at the Probate Office in the city of Anu Arbor, ou Wednesday the 3d day of April, in the vear oue thousand eight hundred and ninety-nve. Present .1. Willard Babbitt, Judgeof Probate. Jn the matter of the estáte of John M. Letts, incompetent, George J. Crowell, the guardián of said ward, comes iuto court and representa that he is now prepared to reader his final account as such guardián. . Thereupon it is ordered, that Friday, the 26th day of April, inst., at teu o'clock in I the forenoon, be assigned for examining and allowing such account, and that the next of kin of said wsrd. and all other persons interested in said estáte, are required to appear at a session of said court, then to be holden at the Probate Office, in the City of Ann Arbor, in said County, and show cause, if auy there be, why the said account should not be allowed. And it is further ordered, that said guardián give notice to the persons interested iu said estáte, of the pendency of said account, aud the heariugthereof, by causing a copy of this order to be published in the Aun Arbor Courier, anewspaperprinted and circulating in said County. two successive weeks previous to said day 'of hearing. At the session of the Probate Court for the county of Washtenaw, holden at the Probate Office iu the city of Ann Arbor, on Tuesday, the 9th day of April, iu the year one thousand eight hundred and ninety-five. Present, J. Willard Babbitt, Judge of Probate. In the matter of the estáte of David Godfrey, de 'ensed. On reading and flling the petttious, duly verified, of David L Godfrey. praying that Maria E. Godfrey may be removed fíom the office of executrix of iicertain instrument now on file in this court, purporting to be the last will and testament of said deceased. and that administration debonis non with the will anuexed of said estáte, may be granted tonimself or to some other suitable person. Thereupon it is ordered, that Friday, the third day of May next, at ten o'clock in the forenoon, be assigned for the hearing of said petitions, and that the devisees, legatees, and heirs at law of said deceased, and all other persons interested in said estáte, are required to appear at a session of said Court, then to be holden at the Probate Office iu the city of Aun Arbor, and show cause, if any there be, why the prayers of the petitioner should not.be granted: And it is further ordered, that said petitioner give notice to the persons interested in said estáte, of the peudencyof said petitions. and the hearing thereof. by eausing a copy of this order to be published in tbe Anu Arbor Courier, a newspuper priuted and circulated in said county. three suecessive weeks previous to said day of hearing. Notice is hereby given.that by an order of the Probate Court for the County of Washtenaw, made oa the llth day of Mareh A. D„ 1895, six months from that date were alloived for creditors to present their claims against the estáte of Harvey Cornwell. late of said County, deceased. and that all creditors of sald deceased are required to present their claims to said Probate Court, at the Probate office in the city of Ann Arbor, for examination and allowance, on or before the llih day of September next, and that such claims will be heard before said Court, on the Uth day of June and on the llth day of September next, at ten o'clockin the forenoon of each sala days.
