The Mav term of the circuit courtconvened Monday. JudLe Kinne presiding. Tlie calendar was called and to the astonishment of all present, tlie lawyers reported several cases as ready for trial. Tlie following cases ere disposed of: The People vs. Thomas Lilly and Wm. Miller. Arraigned and plead not I guilty. O. E. Butterfield apnointed to defend. The People vs. Elmer Gamble. Plead not guilty. J. C. Lewis appointed to defend. The People vs. Chas. Walker. Released on personal recognizance of $200. The People vs. George Efnes. Waived reading of Information, and gave security for appearance. The following cases went over : Cleveland vs. KoCh, Khode vs. Biggs, Darrow vs. Baumgardner. Whaley vs Gauntlett. Motion for security of costs granted. Whipple vs. AVhipple. Divorce. Decree granted. Peter Oesterle vs. Frank P. Glazier. Ordered that plaintiff file security of costs in the sum of $50 or show that he , is made to so. The People vs. John Berger. Violation of liquor law. Plead guilty and fined $10, whicli was paid.
