THE CIRCUIT RIDER Said "Heat is Lite, Cold is Death." There is no surer way to set up dyapepsia than to drink freely of cold drinks at meáis. The natural heat of the stomach is necessary for perfect digestión and any cold snbstance thrown into it absorba just so much heat and robs the stomach of its power. A cup of hot Postum Cereal which has all the nourishment of the grains, will do more to fatten the body and preserve good stomach action than all the drugs in the pharmacopeia. Coffee and tea disagree with many people, while Postum Cereal agrees with the weakest stomach and can be given freely to the children
