STATE OF MICHIGAN, I COUNTY OF WASHTENAW f At a session of the Probate Court for the County of Washtenaw, liolden at the Probate Office in the eity of Ann Arbor, on Tuesd.v. the 16th day of July in the ycnr one thonaud eight huudred and ninety-flve. Present, J. Willard Babbitt, Judge of Pr.biite. Iu'the matter of the estáte of Eliza H. Aulls, deceased. , , On ronding and filiug the petition, duly verifled, of Matilda Rnckman praying that administratlon of said estáte may be granted to Frank E. Jones or some other suitable perTliereupon itis ordered, that Mor.day, the 12th day of August next, at ten o'clock in the forenoo'n, be assigned tor the hearing ofsaid petltiou and that the heirs-at-law of said deeased, and all other persons interested in said estáte, are required to appear at a session of said court, then to be holden at the Probate Office, in the city of Ann Arbor, in said county, and show cause, if any there be, why the prayer of the petitioner should not be granted. And it is further ordered that said petittioner give notice to persons interested in said estáte, of the pendency of said petition and the hearing thereof, by causing a copy of this order to be publishedin the Ann Arbor Daily Courier, a newspaper printed and circulated in said county, three successive weeks previous to said dáy of hearing.
