STATE OP MICHIGAN, I COUNTY OF WASHTKXAW f At a session of the Probate Court for the Couuty of Washteuaw, holden at the Probate Office in the city of Ann Arbor, on Tui the 16th day of Ju)y in the year onc thousand eight hundred and ninety-flve. Present, J. Willard Babbitt, Judge of l'robate. In the matter of the estáte of Eliza H. Aulls, deeeased. On reading and flliug the petitiou, duly verlfled, of M atilda Kuckman praying t.hat admlnlstratlon of said eutate may be gnintod to Frank E. Jones or some other suitable person. Thereupon it is ordcred, that Mouday, the 12th day of August next, at ten o'elock in the foreuoon.be assigned for the hearing of said petition and that the heirs-at-lavy of said deeased, and all other persous interested in said estáte, are required to appear at a sessiou of said court, then to be holden at the Probate Office, in the city of Ann Arbor, in said couuty, and show cause, if any there be, why the prayer of the petitioner ehould not be granted. And it is further ordered that said jietittiouer give notice to persons interested ïu said estáte, of the pendency of said petitiou and the hearing thereof , "by causiug a copy of this order to be published in the Ann Arbor Dnily Courier, a newspaper printed and circulated in said county, three successive weeks previous to said day of hearing.
