Jackson. August 27. - The entry list for the tri-state bicycle race meeting to be held in Jackson on Wednesday, September 4, will be a long one. Perfect arrangements are being made for the entertainment of riders and strangers. This is to be the last grand bieycle tournament of the season. Sid Black, the champion trick rider of the world, will give an exhibition. Fast riders will be here and several special races will be put on.
