Y., probably the heaviest single tax payer, so far as j sewers are concerneil, in the city. ! VVhen the assessment was completed, Mr. Sawyer notified Mr. White that he [ was informed that his taxes would be three thousand dollars, as he was informed by the treasurer, and received the following reply : ütica, N. You needed water and have it. Water needs sewers and you have it.
