The average rainfall in the State durng the month was 3.09 inches; in the southeni counties, 3.35 inches ; in the central, 3.14 inches; in the northern, 2. Compared with the normal there was an excess in thesouthern and central counties and the State, and a leficiency in the northern counties and the upper península.
