Estáte of Akdrew Bell. STATE OF MICHIGAN, County of Washtenaw, ss. At a session of the Probate Court for the Connty of Washtenaw, holden at the Probate Office in the city of Ann Arbor, ou Friday, the 27th day of September, in the year oue thousand eight hundred and uinety five. Present J. Willard Babbitt, Judge of Probate. In the matter of the estáte of Andrew Bell, deceased,Ohar!es H. Worden and Öusan P. Bell, executors of the last wil] and testament of s:iil deceased, come into court and represent that Ihey are now prepared to reuder their final account as suctï executors. Thereupon it ordered, that Tuesday.the29t.h day of Ootober, next at ten o'clock in the forenoon, be assigned for examining and allowingsuoh account, and that the devisees, leñatees and heirs-at-law of satd deeeased, and allother persons interested in said estáte, are requlred to appear at a session of said court thcn tobe holden at the Probate Office. in the City ot' Ann Arbor, in said county, and show cause, lf any there be, why the said account should not be allowed. And it is further ordered that said executors giye notice to the persons iuterested Iu suii estáte, of the pendency of said account, and the hearing thereof. by causing a copy of this order to be publisheti in the Ann Albor Courier, a newspaper printed and cireulated in said county, three successive weeks previous to said day of hearing.
