I don't see why it isD't just as well to hang out the faraily xrash on Wednesday as upon Honday. Yet I have known women who wouldn'í have a flat unless they oould wash on Monday. As five floors of two families eaoh can't dry in the back yard and on the roof on the same day, and the Monday prejudice is very strong, landlords have had to erect huge telegraph poles in the rear üf flat hoases, from whioh pole lines are operated on a level of each floor.
