Through the efforts of Congressman Gorman and Senator McMillan a bilí was passed by congiess for his relief. This was at the lasl session of cóVgress and the sovemment ]ust got a round to his case l;is-t week and restored him to the list. Tliifr will secure to him the accured pension, and will come just in time to save his little farm from being so'd cu mortgage. It can be imagined 1hat he is a very happy man. His case has been looked after by W. K. Childs, who has been very active in securing justice for this old soldier.
