Mortgage Sale. DEFAULT having been made, iu the conditions of paymeut of a certain mortgage, made the 28th day of May, A 1)., 11-87 by Jerome A. Freemauaiid Emma V. Freeman, bln n lf-, to Junius E. Beal, whereby the power oí ile therein contained has become uwerativtf, which mortgage was recorded in the ottice of the Register of Deeda for the County oi Washtenaw. on the flrst day of June, A. D.,1887, in Líber G1 of Mortgages on Vane 543 and on which mortgage there is elaimed to be due at the date of this notice the sum of eight hundred and twenty-eight dollars, and no proceedings at law or in equity baring been instiluted to collect the said sur of money or any part l hereof. NOTICE 8 therefore hereby given, that on the ltith day of January A. D., lS9ti, at eleven o'clock, iu llie foreuoon of said day at the south front door of the (Jourt House, in the City of Aun Arbor, State of Michigan, the said mortgage will be íbreclosed, and the laudsaud tenements bv the said mortgage conveyed, will be sokl at public auction or vendue to the highest bidder to salisfy the principal and interest ol said mortgage, and the cost and expenses of these proceediugs, inchidiag au attorney's fee of twentyflve dollars provided for therein.
