Thanksgiving Day was vei-y quiet and peaceful. There was 110 noise or shoriting of any kind. The great victory of the football team over Chicago did not flnd enougli students left in the city to get up a good-sized hurrah. Tlie day was made happy to many families, however, with reunions and grand dinners, while the chafttable people of the city saw to it that there vvere few homes that were not provided with plenty of food and some of the luxuries as well. Take it all in all, here in Ami Arbor, the day was passed as near to its intent as possible to have it.
