lloro is auother corker on the Argus. This time it is taken from that serling democratie sheet, the Adrián Press. You just wait and see the fur fly when the Argus strikes back : " The board of supervisors of Washtenavv county solicited bids for printing and the Ypsilanti Sentinel was awarded the job. Then the vote was reconsidered and the printing went to a coinbination bid by the Courier and,Argus. Tlie Sentinel denounces the skuldudgerv in round terina. Bless }-ou neigbor, tliat's nothing. ïlie Press put in a far lower bid for printing here, than any otlier paper, but the board just gave it to the Times. To the victors belong the spoils, and the Press isn't kicking. But when a democratie board runs offwith'the printing to soine little way side opposition paper or to a job office, then we shed our coat. Sucb democrats won'i keep their party out of the cemetery. Over in Washtenaw, the Sentinel is a square out and out democratie paper, one of the best in the state. That reconsideration was a fraud, and we don't blame Bro. Woodruff for "hooting."
