The animal meeting of the Y. M. C. A. was held last night at the rooms. The report of the General Secretarv, B. B. Johnson and several other officials, will be made at the next monthly meeting. The report of the Librarían, Alfred Schairer, was read und was very interesting. It showed tliat the association had made excellent use of the 50 books secured from the state, and action was taken to return tliese books and havo another lot issned in their place. At the election of directora the retirn gentlemen were reelected except W. B. Phillips, who declined and was succeeded by Ralph McAllasler, both from :he Presbyteriau church. At a meeting of the directora subsequently held, the following officers were chosen: President- Chas. W. Wagner. Vice-president - N. Stanger. Secretary - E. S. Gilmore. Treasurer - George L. Moore. The chairman of the entertainment coinmittee, Mr. Ralph McAllaster, reported the net proceeds of the sion given last sumnier as $135.25, which was ordered placed in the Savugs department of the F, & M. Bank as a nucleus for a building fund. It is to e hoped that this fund will continue to accunmlate. The society is in a very rosperous condition.
