Here is the trip to be taken by the Michigan Press Assoeiation, as ] lined by Secretary Slussar : ïhe 'pencil pushers" and their wivea will rendezvouis at the Palmer House in Chicago, leaving that city at 3:15 p. m. February 15, on a special train of Pullman cars, which will run unbroken for their benefit to the Ciiy oí Mexico. A dinlng car will be attached, and the excursionista will live aboard the trate and have no Mexican liotels, or cafes, or coacare, or irijoles to bother wlth, unless they want to Dother with them. According to the itinerary, New Oreauia will l)e reached at 8 o'ciock on tb morning of the l7th, whre a stop of two days will be made to enable the party to witness the Mardi Gras festivities. A majority of the excursionists will probably go no farther than New Orleans, but return home from there. Th City of Mexico wiü be reached Sunday morning, February 23. Here a stop of five days will be made. Interesting side trips to Guadlajara and Guanajara will be made from this point. On the return a. stop of 12 hours will be made at Queretaro ; 14 hours at Aguas Calints ; 36 hours at Zacatecas and 10 at San Antonio. Tho route takes the party through the most picturesque part of Mexico. It is a trip of over 6,000 miles from Chicago.
