Mortgage Sale. Default having been made in the conditions of a certain Mortgage made and executed by 'harles Mills and Frank E. Mills of Pittsfleld, Washtenaw County, Michigan, to George M. Henion of the same place, and dated Novemjer the second, one thousand elght hundred and eighty-flve, and recorded in the office of tbe Register of Deeds for the county of Washtenaw and State of Michigan, November 2nd, eighteen huudred and etghty.flve at 2:35 o'clock P.M. of said day, in Liber 119 of Mortgages, on page 62; and said Mortgage having )een assiirned by Raid George M. Henion to Stoddard W. Twitchell on the slxth day of April, eighteen hundred and ninety-one, as Bhown by Assignment recorded in said Register's office in Liber 10, Assignment of Mortgages, on page 593; ou wluch Mortgage there is claimed to bedue at the date of this notice, the sumofsix thonsand nine hundred and eighty-two dollars; also an attornev 's fee of thirty-five dollars, provided for in said Mortgage; andnosuit or proceeding at law or in Dhaneery having been instituted to recover the moneys seeured bv said Mortgage or any part thereof. Now, therefore, by virtue oi the Power of Sale contained in said Mortgage and tiie statnte in such case made and provided, uotice is hereby given that on Katurday. the twentyeigth day ofMarch, A.T). 1896, at eleven o'clock in the forenoon of said day, I shall sell at Public Auction tothehighest bidder at the south door of the Court House, Ann Arbor Mich., (that betng the place and building where the Circuit Court for the County of Washtenaw is held,) the premises described in said Mortgage or so much thereof as may be necessary to pay the amount due on sak Mortgage and the note accompanying th same, with seven per cent. interest and al legal costs and expenses connected with thls loreclosure.
