The subject of the address will be tïie "Elevation of the Negro llace." Everybody in Ann Arbor should hear this most novel ;ind instructive address. Mr. Washington is the gentleman who gave the opening address at the Atlanta Expo.-.t ou and cold his race more solid and homely truths in a short repace af time than they had over been told before. He ie a marvel of power and eloquence as a speaker. A general admission of 10 cents will be charged, but members of the Oratorical AseociattOQ will be admittd on presentation of membership tickets.
