The delegateu f rom tbe several eounties Ín each congressional district are requested to meet in District caucus at 10:30 o'cloek a. ni., on tlie day of tlie State Convention, and select caDdidates aa follows, to be presented to the State Convention for conflrmation : Two members of the State Central Committee, one Vlce-1'resldent, one Asslstant .--ecietary one member each of the comniittee on "Credeutials," Permanent Organization and order of Business" and ' Resolutions," and to transact Buen other business as they uiay deera ueeessary. Under the resolution of 1858, no delégate will beentitled to a seat in tlie convention who does not reside in thecounty he proposes repre.-ent.
