Default having been made in the conditions of a certaiu Mortgage made and executed by ' Charles Mills and Frank K. Mills of Pittsfield, Washtenaw County, Michigan, to George M. Henion of the same place, and dated November the second, oue thousand eight hundred and eighty-flve, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds for the county of Washtenaw and State of Michigan, ISovember 2nd, eighteen hundred and eighty-flve at 2:35 o'clock P.M. oí said day, in Liber (9 of Mortgages.on page 62; and said Mortgage having been assiened by said George M. Henion to Stoddard W.
