In this Casue it appearing by affldavit that the defendnnt, William NeJJis, is not a resident of the State of Michigan and that bis present place of residence is unknown. Therefore, on inotion of Frank E. Jones, solicitor for complainant, it is ordered that the said defendant enter hisuppearance in said Cause on or before flve raonths from the date of this ordev, and that within twentv days the complainant cause this order to be published in the Ann Arbor Courier, a newspaper prlnted, published and cireulated within said County, aaid publication being contiuued once each week tor six successive weeks.
