Republiean District Convention. Monroe, MlCH., March 16, 1896 To the Republiean Electora of the Second Bistric of the State of Michigan: The District Convention of the Republiean of the Second District of Michigan tu hereb called to meet at the city of Aun Arbor o Thursday, April 30th, at 12 o'clock noon, a the Court House, for the purpose of electin two delegates and two altérnate delegates to the Republiean National Convention to b held at St. Louis. Mo., June lfith. 1896, and th trausaction of such other business as may properly come before the convention. The oounties to be entitled to delegates a follows: Jackson County 21 Lenawee " 23 Washtenaw " 19 Monroe " 14 Thatpart of Wayne Coun'yin the 2d District 11 Harry A. Conant, Chairman John F. Lawhence, Secretary. H. D. Shull. J. M. Collier. Albekt Stiles, Second Congressional District Committee Chaneery Sale. Tn pursuance and by vlrtueof a decree of the Circuit Court for the County of Washtenaw, in chaneery, State of Michigan, made and entered on the seventeeth day of June 1895, in a certain cause thereln pending where in John Christian Schmldt ís complainant and Sarah Fletcher and Mabel A. Fletcher are defendants. Notice is hereby given that 1 shall sell at public auction to the hlghes bidder, at the east entrance of the Cour House, in the city of Ann Arbor, State of Michigan (that being the building in which the Circuit Court for the County of Washtenaw is held), on Wednesday, the thirteenth day o: May 1896, at ten o'clock in the forenoon of said day, the following described property situated in the city of Ann Arbor, County of Washtenaw and State of Michigan, to-wít:- Lot number seveu in block number three south of Hurou street in range number flve east, accordlng to the reeorded plat of the village (now city) of Ann Arbor. DEFAULT having been made, in the conditions of a certain mortgage, made by by Michael Kenny, a single man of the City of Ann Arbor, Washtenaw County, and State of Michigan, to Jeremiah Walsh of the same place, dated the 18th day of April, A. D. 1885, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds for the County of Wasbtenaw, on the 20thday of April, A. D. 1885, in Liber 57 of Mortgages at page 616. Also another mortgage made by said Michael Kennv and Mary Kenny, his wife, dated January 8th, A. D. 1895 and recorded in the offlee ol thè Register of Deeds for the County of Washtenaw, and State of Michigan, on the 25th day of June, A. D. 1895. in Liber 84 of Mortgages, on page 282, on both of said mortgages' together there is claimed to be due at the date hereof two hundred and forty-one and twen ty-seven one hundreds dollars, ($241.27), and an attorney's fee provided for in said mortgages and by the statute in case of foreelosure proeeedlngs, and no sult or proceedings at law naving been instltuted to recover the moneys seeured by said mortgages, or any part thereof: Now, thèrefore, by virtue of the power of sale contained in said mortgages and the statute in such cases made and provided. NOTICE is hereby given that on Monday, the27th day of April, A. D. 1896, at 9 o'elock in the forenoon, city time, I shall sell at public auction to the highest bidder, at the westerly front door, or entrance to the Court House, in the City of Ann Arbor, that being the place where the Circuit Court for Washtenaw County is holden, the premises described in said mortgages or so much thereof as may be necessary to pay the amount due on said mortgages, With interest as provided in said mortgages, and all legal costs, together with the attorney's fee provided for by statute in case of the foreelosure of said mortgages. The prem-ises deseribed in said mortgages being the same in each mortgage, are situated in the City of Ann Arbor, County of Washtenaw, and State of Michigan, known and described hs lot umbered six and seven, and the south half of trac '■mal lot number eight, in block numbered toui nirth of Huron street, in range numbered ti. -ie east, accordlng to the recorded plat of the Village, now City of Ann Arbor, Coui ty of Washtenaw aforesald. In this Casue it appearlng by aftïdavit that the defendant, Williara Nellis, is nota resident of the State of Michigan and that his present place of residence is unknown. Thèrefore, on motion of Frank E. Jones, solicitor lor complainant, it is ordered that the said defendant enter his appearance in said Cause on or before flve months from the date of this order, and that within twen tv days the complainant cause this order to be published in the Ann Arbor Courier, a newspaper printed, published and eirculated within said County, said pubiication being continued once each week for six successive weeks. Railton. dated May 2öth A. D. 1895, and recorded in the offlee of the Register of Deeds, for the County of Washtenaw and State of Michigan, on the 28th day of May A. D. 1895, in Liber74 of Mortgages, on page '628, by the non-payment of the principal and interest due thereon, whereby the power of sale therefn contained has become operative and on which mortgage there s claimed to be due at the date of this notice tbesum of four hundred and sixty-three dolars, and fifty-Reven cents ($463.57), and an attorney's fee of flfty dollars provided for in said mortgage, and no suit or proceedings at law having Deen Instltuted to recover the moneys secured by said mortgage, or any part thereot; Now, thèrefore, by virtue of the power of sale contained in said mortgage, and the statute ín such case made and provided, notice is hereby given that on Friday the lóth day of May A. D. 1896, at twelve o'clock noon, I shall sell at Public Auction, to Mie highest bidder, at the south door of the Court House in the 'ilyof Ann Arbor ithat being the place where the Circuit Court for Washtenaw County Is holden), the premises described in said mortgage, or so much thereaf as may be necessary to pay the amount due on said mortgage, with six percent, interest, and all legal costs, together with an attorney's fee of flfty dollars, eovenanted for thereln, the premises being described in said rnortgage as all those certain pieces or pareéis of land sitúate and being in the City of Ann Arbor. in the County ofWashtenaw and State of Michigan and decribed as follows to-wlt; Lot numbered three (3) and the Northwesterly Three (8) rods and Two (2) feet in wldth of Lot numbered Four (4) in Block numbered Nlne (9) iu Brown and Fuller's addition to the City of Ann Arbor Michigan according to the recorded plat thereof. The underslgned having been appointd by the Probate Conrt for said County, Commis8loners to receive, examine and adjust all claims and demanda of all persons agalust the estáte of George Rudman, late of said County, deceased, hereby give notice that six months from date are allowed by order of said Probate Court, for -editores to present their claims against the estáte of said deceased. and that they will meet at the store of William Allaby & Soa in the city ol Ann Arbor.
