Chaneery Sale. In pursuance and by vlrtue of a decree of the Circuit Court for the Oounty of Washtenaw, State of Michigan, in chancery, made ivnd entered on the twenty-sixth day of Marcli 1896, in a certain canse therein pending, wherein Moses Seabolt is complainant, and William M. Uurand and Marlon A. Durand are defendants. Notice is hereby given that I shall sell at public auction to the bighest bidder at the east door of the Court house in the City of Ann Arbor, County of Washtenaw and State of Michigan, (that being the building In which the Circuit Court for the County of Washtenaw is held,) on Wednesday the eigeth day of July 1896, at ten o'clock in the forenoon of sald day all the follqwiDg described real estáte situated in the City of Ann Arbor, County of Washtenaw and State of Michigan, to-wit : Commencingat a point in the north boundary line of lot ten in block four south of Huron street. Range four east, where said line yitersects the east boundary line ofan alley on the west end of said lot. thence south on the east boundary line of said alley Jthirty feet thence easlerly in a line parallel with the 'north boundary line of Packard street twenty feet, thence south in a line parallel with the east boundary line of said alley, to a point sixty-six feet frora the north boundary line of said lot, thence east in a line parallel with the north boundary line of said lot to Fourth street, thence north sixty-six feet on the west boundary line of said Fourth street to the north boundary line of said lot ten, thence west to the place of beginnlns, together with the right to use sakl alley. Present, J. Willard Babbitt, Judge of ProIn 'the matter of the estáte of Eliza H. Aulls, deceased. Frank E. Jones, the admiuistratorof said estate comes into court and represents that he is now prepared to render nis flual account as such admiñistrator. Thereupon it is ordered, that Friday, the 22nd day of May, next, at ten o'clock in the forenooñ, be assigned lor examiuing and aliowing such account, and that the heirs at law of said deceased, audall other persons interested In said estáte, are required to appear at a session of said court, then to be holden at the Probate Office, in the city of Ann Arbor, in said county, and show cause, if any there be. why the said account should not be allowed. And it is further ordered that sald admiñistrator give notice to the persons interested in sald estáte, of the pendency of said account, and the hearing thereof, "by causing a copy of tuis order to be published in the Ann Arbor Courier, a newspaper priuted and circulated in said county, three successive weeks previous to said d'av of hearing. Underwood is complainant and Alvah P. Fergusou, Nellie R. Ferguson, the Western Linoleum Company, Charles T. Blanchard, Frank E. Hale and Wood, Smith and Company are defeudants. Notice is hereby aiven that I shall sell at public auction to the highest bidder at the east front door of the conrt house in the city of Ann Arbor, Counly of Washtenaw and State of Michigan, (that beiug the building in which the Circuit Court for the County of Washtenaw is held,) on Wednesday the 24th day of June 1896. at ten o'clock in the forenoon of said day. all the following described property to-wit: All those pieces or pareéis of land situated in the city of Ann Arbor, Washtenaw Couuty, Michigan, described as follows: All of lot number three in block number fourinOrmsby and Page's addition to the village (now city) of Aun Arbor. On reading and flling the petition, duly verifled, of William Allaby, executor praying that he may be licensed to mortsage the real estáte whereof said deceased died seized. Thereupon it is ordered, that Tuesday the 2fth day of May next, at ten o'clock in the forenoo'n, be assigned for the hearing of sald petition, and that the devisees, lagatees and heirs-at-law of said deceased, and all other persous iuterested in said estáte, are required to appear at a session of said Court, then to be holden at the Probate Office, in the city of Ann Arbor. in said County, and show cause, if auy there be, why the prayer of the petitioner should not be granted: And it is further ordered that said petitioner give notico te the persous interested in said estáte, of the pendency of said petition, and the hearing thereof, bv causing a copy of this order to be published 'in the Ann Arbor Courier a newspaper printed and cireulating in said County three successive weeks previous to said day (A true copy.)
