Notick is hereby given, that by an order of the probate eourt for the county of Washtenaw, made on the lltli day of August, A. D.. 1896, sixmouthsfrom that datewere allowed for creditors to present their claims against thu estáte of Eli S. Manly, late of said county deceased. and that all creditors of said deoeased are required to present their claims to said probate court, at the probate office in the city oí Aun Arbor, for examination and allowauce, on or before the llth day of Febrnary next, and that such claims will be heard before said court, on the llth day of November and on the llth day of February next, at ten o'eloek iu the forenoon of each of said days. At a session of the Probate Court for the County of Washtenaw, holden at the Probate Office in the city of Ann Arbor, ou Friday, the 31st day of July, in the year one thousand eight hundred and ninety-six. Present, J. Willard Babbitt, Judge of Probate. In the matter of the estáte of Ellen E. Drake, deceased. Almira Delphien Drake, the executrix of the last wtll and testament of said deceased, comes into court and represents that she is now prepared to render her final account as such executrix. Thereupon it is ordered, that Tuesday, the first day of Sept., next, at ten o'clock in the forenoon, be assigned for examining and allowingsuch account, and that the devisees, legatees and heirs-at-law of said deceased, and all other persons interested in said estáte, are required to appear at a session of said court then to be holden at the Probate Office, in the City of' Ann Arbor, in said county, and show cause, lf any there be, why the said account should not be allowed. And it is further ordered that said executrix giye notice to the persons interested in said estáte, of the pendency of said account, and the hearing thereof. by causing a copy of tMs order to be published ín the Ann Arbor Courier, a newspaper printed and circulated in said county, three successive weeks previous to said day of hearing.
