At a session of the Probate Court for the County of Waehtenaw, holdeu at the Probate Office in the city of Ann Arbor, on Friday, the 31st day of July, in the year oue thou'sand eight huudred and ninety-six. Present, J. Willard Babbitt, Judge of Probate. In the matter of the estáte of Ellen E. Drnke, deceased. Almila Delphien Drake. the executrix of the last will and testament of sald deceased, comes luto court and represcnts that she is now prepared to render her flnal account as sueh executrix. Thereupon it Is ordered. that Tuesday, the first day of Sept., next, at ten o'clock in the forenoou, be assigned for examining and allowingsuch account, and that the devisees, legatees and heirs-at-law of said deceaaed, and all other persons interested in said estáte, are required to appear at a session of sald court then to be holden at the Probate Office, In the City of Ann Arbor, in said county, and show cause,, if any there be, why the said account should not be allowèd. Aud it is further ordered that said executrix giye notice to the persous interested in said estáte, of the pendeucy of said account, and the hearing thereof.' by causing a copy of tbis order to be published'in the Ann Arbor Courier, a newspaper printed and circulated in said county, three successive week? previous to said day of hearing.
