The dates and subjects of the lectures on the Baldwin Foundation before the Hobart Guild of St. Audrew's parish, to be delivered by the Et. Rev. Bishop Hall, of Vermont, are as follows : General title, -'Christ's Temptation and Ours." Sunday, Nov. 22- "The Necessity of Temptation for Man, and its Possibility for Our Lord." Monday, November 23- "The Story of the Temptation, and the Personality of the Tempter." Sunday, November 29- "The Temptation Through the Body." Monday, November 30- "The Temptation to Presumption." Sunday, December 6- "The Temptation of Power." Monday, December " - "The Sequel of the Temptation." The Sunday lectures will be delivered in St. Anderew's church, at 7:30 p. m., and the Monday lectures in Harris Hall atSp.. m.
