At a session of the Probate "ourt for the County of Washtenaw, holdeu at ;he Probate Office in the city of Aun Arbor, on Wednesday, the lüth day of February, in the year one thousand eight hundred and ninetyleven. Present H. Wirt Newkirk, Judgeof Probate. In the matter of the estáte of Caroline R. Wilkinson, deceased. On reading and fllinR the petition, duly verifled, of A. L. Wilkinson, praying that a certain instrument now on flle in this court, ourporting to be the last will and testament of ?aid deceased, may be admitted to probate, and that administration of said estáte may be granted to A. L. Wilkinson, the executor in said will named, or to some other suitable person. Thereupon it is ordered, that Thursday, the Ith day of March next, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon, be assigned for the hearing of said petition, and that the devisees, legatees, and heirs-atlaw of said deceased, and all other persons interested in said estáte, are required to appear at a session of said court,then to be holden at the Probate Office in the city of Ann Arbor ,in said County, and show cause, if any there be, why the prayer of the petitioner snouldnot granted. Anditis further ordered that said petitiouer give notice to the persons interested in said estáte, of the pendency of said petitton, and the hearing thereof, by causiug a copy of this order to be published in the Ann Arbor Courier, a newspaper printed and circulated in said Connty, three succeasive weeks previous to said day of hearing.
