The delegates f rom each cougressional district are requested to meet in caucus at 10 o'clock a. m!, February, 28, 1897, to select eandidates, as follows, to be presented to the State (Jonvention for conürmation : One VicePresident, oue Assistant Secretary, and one member for each of the Committees on " Credentials," ■ Permanent Organization and Order of Business," and" Resolutions, ' and for the transactlon of any other business properly coming before them. . Ia acoordance with a resolution adopted June 23, 1880. the oflicers of each County Conventiou are requested to forward to the Secretary of the State Central Committee, (Lansine.) by the earliest mail after the delégales to the State Convention have been chosen, a certifledlistof such delegates. and their respective postoffice addresses, from their respective counties, as are entitled toseats in thlR convention.
