Present, H. Wlrt Newklrk, Judge ofprobate. In the matter of the estáte of Eli 8. Manly deceased, Charles H. Manly the administrator of said estáte, comes lnto court and represent that he is uow prepared to render hls flual acnout as such administrator. There upon it ordered, that Thursday, the Uth day of March next, at ton o'clock in the lorenoon, be assigned for examinlng and allowing such accounts, and tbat the airs at law of said deceased. and all other persons intereated In said estáte, are requlred to appear at a session or said Court, then to be holden at the Probate Office in the City of Ann Arbor, in said Oounty, and show cause, if any there be.why the said account should not be allowed; And it is further ordered, that said administrator give notice to the persons interested in said estáte, of the pendency of said account, and the hearing thereof, by causinga copy of this order to be publisbed in the Ann Arbor Courier a newspaper printed and circulating in said Coutity three successive weeks previous to said day of hearing.
