At a session of the Probate Court for the County of Washtenaw, holden at the Probate Office in the city of Anu Arbor, on Wednesday, the lOth day of February. in the year one thousand eight hundred and niuetyseven. Present H. Wirt Newirk, Judge of Probate. In the matter of the estáte of Caroline R. Wilkinson, deceased. On reading and flling the petition, duly veiifled, of A. L. Wilkinson, praying that a certaln instrument novv on file in this court, nurportiug to be the last will and testament of vaid deceased, may be admttted to probate, and that adminlstratlon of said estáte may be granted to A. L. Wilkinson, the exeentor In sald will named, or to some other suitable person. Thcreupon it is ordered, that Thursday, the ■ith day of March next, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon.be assigned for the hearing of sald petition, and that the devisees, legatees, and heir8-at-law of said deceased. and all other persons interested in said estáte, are required to appear at a session of said court.then to be holden at the Probate Office in the city of Ann Arbor.in said County, and show cause, if any there be, why the prayerofthe petitioner should not granted.
