Atasession of the Probate Court for the County of WiiKhtenaw, holden at the Piobate i Office in the city oí Ann Arbor, on Monday, i the lst day of Kebruary in the year one thousand eight bundred and ninety seveu. Present, H. Wirt Ncwkirk, Judge of ProIn the matter of the estáte of James Richard, decensed. On readlng and fllins the ietitiou duly ver(ipil, of John Shankland praylng that the administration of said estale mny be granted to himself or Kome other suitable person. Thereupon it Isordered. that Tuesday, the 6th day of April next. at ten o'clock in the iorenoon, be assigned for the hearing of said petitlon, and tb at the halrs ut law of said deeeased, and all other persons interested in Batd estáte, are reqüired to appear at a gession ' of saM court, Uien to be holden at the bate Office, in the city of Ann Arbor, and show cause, ifany there be, why the prayer of the petitioner sbould not r g ranted. At a session of the Probate Court for the county of washtenaw, holden at the probate Office in the city of Ann Arbor, on Saturday, the 13ht day of February, in the year oue thousand eight hundred and ninety-seveu. Present II. WirtNewkl ik, JudKeol Probate. In the matter of the eatate of John N. Morgan deccased, Charles L. Morgan txecutor of the last will and testament of said deceased, comes into court and representa that he is ïiow prepared to render nis flnal account as such cxecutor. There upon it is ordered, that Frlday, the 12th day of March next, at ten o'cloek in the íorenoon, be assigned for examlnlng and allowing such account, and that the devisees, legatees and haira-at-law of said deceased, and all other persons i nterested in said estáte, arerequtred to appear at a sessiou of said Court, then to be holden at the Probate Office, in the city oí Ann Arbor, in said county, and show cause, if any there be, why the said account shovild not be allowed: And it Is fuvther ordered that said executor glve notice to the persons lnterested in said estáte, of the pendeucy oí R:tui acount, and the hearing thereof, by oausing a copy of tliis order to be publlshed in the Ann Arbor Courier a newspaper prlnted and oirculat.ing lu said county, three successiye weeks previous to said day ofhearlng.
