I Atasession of the Probate Court for thc County of Washtenaw, holden at the Piobate i Office in the city of Ann Arbor, on Monday, the lst day of February in the year one 1 sand eight hundred and ninetyseven. Present, H. Wirt Newkirk, Judge of Probate. ]n the matter of the estáte of James i ard, deceased. On reading and filing the petition duly i fled.of John Shankland praying that the : ministration of said estáte may be granted to i himself or some other sultable person. Thereupon It isordered. that Tuesday, the 6th day of April next, at ten o'elock in the : lörenoon, be assigned for the hearing of said petition, and that the hairs at law of said deceased, and all other persons interested in said estáte, are required to appear at a session of sai'l court, theu to be bolden at the Probate Office, in the city of Ann Arbor, and show cause, ifanythere be, why the prayer of the petitioner should uot be granted. And it Is further ordered. that said petitioner give notlce to the persons interested ín said estáte, of the pendency of said petition and the hearing thereof, by causing a copy of this order to be published in the Ann Arbor Courier anewspaper printed and circulated in said county three successive weeks previous to said day of hearing.
