At about one o'elock this inoruing the fire department was called out by a blaze in the Gibson & Clark photograph gallery just west of tlie SaviniĆ¼s Bank block. The fianies were contined ilmost entirely to the dark room, the loss being considerable less than the oue causecl by the fire that occured a few months ago. Mr. Clark says the onl way he can account for the firp is, tba they have been in the habit of leavin a lamp burning in the room some times and it may have been left last night and caught from that. The dark room and all its contents were destroyed in cluding among the valuable things two lenses, some deyelopingtrays.ete. Los to the gallery will be about $:'00, and o the building itself probably $100. Th promptness of the fire boys saved a expeusive conflagra tion.
